Following my MA in Visual Anthropology in 2013, I’ve been involved in research for several international companies (via agency), working on projects as varied as App research, car maintenance, construction, and TV watching habits. Having

a clear understanding of what your clients and customers need, or how people in real life use a product or service, is vitally important. Visual documentary research is more immediately understandable than a lot of numbers and graphs – people respond to other people’s stories and actions when they can see them.
